For what purpose do we collect, hold and use personal information?

  • Magi Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a KOOKAÏ, whose employees provide support with the operations and activities of Katalyst Foundation;

  • Otherwise with your consent. 

If personal information is disclosed to a third party we are required to take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is treated in accordance with the APPs, including instance where our servers and website hosting provider may be located overseas.

Irrespective of whether personal information is stored electronically or in hard copy, Katalyst Foundation will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information. 

We will take all reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and security of any personal information we have stored, however you should be aware that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the internet. As the Website is linked to the internet, and the internet is inherently insecure, we cannot provide any assurance regarding the security of transmission of information you communicate to us online.
