Free on all orders of $150 and over, and a flat fee of $10 for all other orders. 

• Orders placed before 2pm AEDT weekdays will be dispatched the same day. 
• Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be dispatched the following business day. 
• Express deliveries are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service or Team Global Express.

Full priced items purchased via Katalyst Foundation can be returned to us within 21 days of receipt for an exchange, gift card or refund (excluding postage) provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or damaged;
• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and
• The item is not a gift card or jewellery.
